This means you will not have to pay ANY fees if your claim is unsuccessful.
Once we have obtained compensation for you, the most we will ever charge you is 25%+VAT of your compensation.
In some cases there may be a small fee (between £1 - £10) charged by your Lender to obtain copy documentation, deductable from any compensation.
